What Our Health and Fitness Journey Will Look Like:The goal of our project is to become the best physical versions of ourselves that we can be. Over the course of 12 weeks we will be setting goals to achieve in both fitness and health. While each of our goals will be a little different, we will all be working together to make this a successful challenge.
Some of our goals will include setting a weight that we would like to be by the end. We will also be setting mile times and mile duration's that will challenge us. For the health aspect, we may set goals for the amount of daily water consumption and sticking to healthy organic foods.
