We are not sure if it is just us, but these weeks have gone by so quick. We are already 9 weeks into the project with only 3 weeks to go, and hopefully we will have met our goals by then. This week has basically been the same as far as exercise and eating healthy for all of us. On Wednesdays in the past we have all met up to workout and eat some healthy new recipes together, but this Wednesday was a little different. Due to the fact that the end of this project is creeping up, we decided to get a head start on planning for our final product.
It is a little difficult to plan a final product for the fitness portion of our project. This is because it is hard to physically show fitness, and you can’t see an improvement in a mile time from a picture or video. So that is why we were thinking about just showing you our week to week progress with mile times. We were also thinking about taking some videos while we are running and putting them all together. For the eating healthy part, we have a couple different ideas that we were thinking about. One of our ideas is each one of us would pick out our favorite healthy recipe that we have learned from the start of the project and make it to give to the other two. Another idea is we could all get together one day and pick out a recipe that we all liked and take a video of us all making it and then edit it so it isn’t too long. We are also taking any ideas anyone has into consideration, because our main goal is to entertain everyone. So please let us know of any ideas you may have!
